Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms cover your use of the noodle app and the hosted noodle backend. By using noodle, you agree to them. If you download noodle from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.

What noodle is

noodle is a client app that connects you to AI models made by other companies. You bring your own API keys from providers such as OpenRouter or Google. noodle doesn't make the models and doesn't sell access to them.

AI output

AI models can be wrong, out of date, biased or offensive. Responses don't come from noodle and don't reflect our views. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and double-check anything important.

Acceptable use

Don't use noodle to break the law, harm others, or violate a provider's usage policies. Don't try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the hosted backend, or use it as a general-purpose proxy outside the app.

The hosted backend

We offer the hosted backend for free and on a best-effort basis. We may rate-limit, change or discontinue it. You can also point the app at a backend you run yourself.

Your content

What you write, and the responses you get, are yours. Your chats are stored on your devices, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Age

You must be 18 or older to use noodle.

No warranty

noodle is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or charges from third-party providers arising from your use of noodle.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date above. Continuing to use noodle after a change means you accept the updated terms.
